Some months ago, we got a telephone from a customer saying: "Hello, I would like to get a price for registering a
DNS through your company, could you give me a price?". He didn't want a web hosting, he didn't want a website project... just a name registration. The policy we follow is that we don't charge anything more than the nominal price, to our customers or sometimes we even do it for free when it's included in a project. The new customer was happy not because he didn't spend $10 more than the other companies asked, but because he understood that we are honest.
After twenty days, we closed a deal with the customer ... for $20,000.00
What matters in sales is:

- Gain appreciation, but most important....
