Do you remember how many plans you didn't accomplish last year? Do you remember all successes you had last year? Were they planned or spontaneously came into your life? Well... if you count them down, you will be surprised. Success is not reached by planning... you can only plan something that is already dead...
The key to success is inside you... it is now the best moment to return to your inner integrity and be your Dream.
There is a way you could follow that may shock you about your present reality. This process is having three simple phases:
go to your bathroom... take a shower... and as you are with the water drops on you... look at yourself in the mirror. Examine all your present situation... all your body... but more important understand your feelings and listen to your thoughts. If you would feel like talking to yourself... do it... My personal proposal would be to get closer to the mirror and look deep in your eyes.
after this ... interesting procedure... get dressed up with your finest clothes... put on your favorite parfume... go to your office and take your favorite pen and an A4 in front of you. Now.... you will write down in the first page all your negative aspects then all your values and then your positive aspects. This process requires that you will have no feelings and you will not criticize yourself on what you write down on the paper. Now in the back page write down only one thing... the major thing you need to accomplish in your life. Write down your Dream! The one that without you could not even breathe. It is important to refer to you as a second person... like you are talking about you but as an observer... as you would talk about your best friend. After that, take an envelope and mail it to yourself, the same day though! After it returns to you open it up only after eleven days
read the letter... and most important... follow the sentence in the back side pf the paper...
Think of this for a second... on the other hand... don't think of it... just act now!
Try eating everything with those... I mean everything!

So, lets have a look now at Self management: It is the way to manage yourself and act consciously!
Well it sounds tough, and it is tough, because we actually don't want to manage ourselves in respect of time, workload, food and self development. Think of this... do you remember the first thing you did and the first thought you had when you opened your eyes this morning? So... I am sure that you do have a nice operating perfectly... you have let's say a 20% increase on profit each year... really nice.. you are happy... your employees are happy! Sound good! But why don't you have a 25% increase on profit? Or even 30%... or 40%...
One of the key factors is your image... and since internet is (and will) be the main and the most immediate access point to your company by your potential customers or partners... then you assume that you should take care of it, a bit more.
Once again I will repeat that a basic rule to win the attention of your visitors, is to be different! Being different does not mean that you need to use a lot of animations, sounds, blinking parts and so on... Being different nowadays means (...) to be immediate and sincere! "We do this and we are good on that!" ... I cannot imagine of a sentence more accurate and convincing than this! If they don't want you, then they will Google and will find your competitor. Which is not necessarily negative, because, both you and your potential customer or partner, will avoid a serious amount of time in non worthable (knowing the result...) negotiations.
As a second rule, I would consider as the update of the critical information hosted on your website! With the term critical information, I mean four specific sections: news| customers| success stories| Job opportunities. Why is that? An impressive 85% will never visit the rest of your website apart your first page and the abovementioned sections! Check your statistics...
Well... now that I think of it... we also need as Apogee to update our success stories...
