There is path that we seldom take... the path that leads to our self understanding and to consciousness. Well, it is certain that you have heard of this many times, but still each time you hear that you get a bitter taste for not acting to that direction now. Have you ever considered why? Let's think of this for a second...
There are two major things that do not allow you to progress on reaching yourself, your past and your future... actually to make it more precise... your impressions about your past and your imagination about your future. Why is that? I read once that "past is God's punishment on humans"... would it be also future? I bet so... The reason is simple: we don't live now, in this very instant, but in the space of our mind where we develop impressions and imaginations!
Today I was washing my hands and I thought "God, I have long fingers". Seriously I have never noticed that out before... That very moment, I observed clearly my body, my mind and everything around me. So yes, this is the first level of being an observer, but again something was missing. I was not out of feelings... I was angry with myself for not having done again that observation. So, my feelings, did not allow me to observe clearly the present time!
Once I told to C. "with the full of consciousness eyes of today you have to observe your past and create your future". Try it... your life will change to that you really want!
A friend of mine, asked me "how do we reach success?". Well first of all, what is success? I believe that there are two main definitions of success; a) the image / state that our parents and teachers expected us to be and b) those that we really want to conquer. I certainly believe that if we select our present and future to be guided by (a) then failure is approaching. On the other hand, if we decide to accomplish (b) then our life will not only be successful but also happy!
Yes... being successful does not mean you will also be happy! It means that you will have the means to reach happiness. Now, a mini guide to success:
be responsible of your acts. Admit your positives and transform your negatives to positives;
be honest to yourself. The lies we tell to ourselves are the worst;
set realistic targets and commit yourself to those;
Try eating everything with those... I mean everything!

So, lets have a look now at Self management: It is the way to manage yourself and act consciously!
Well it sounds tough, and it is tough, because we actually don't want to manage ourselves in respect of time, workload, food and self development. Think of this... do you remember the first thing you did and the first thought you had when you opened your eyes this morning? Let me ask you something? Have you ever thought about counting how many actions you do each day? Ten? Twenty? Hundred? Let's assume ten (don't smile... if you would have done ten conscious actions each day you could have been a billionaire)! Now... out of these ten actions, how many of them are driven by your own free will and how many by your programs in your head yelling at you that you must...
I read the following: if it is not your conscious will determining each of your moment in this life, then death won you! Well, as we have discussed again, I believe that we all deserve life, and we all deserve having in our life all those that we want to live! All your "musts" arrive fro your impressions and illusions, programmed in your mind by everything and everybody else, but you!
So, you have now the opportunity to select... the poison of "must" or the sweet nektar (such a wild word isn't it???) of "will"...

visibilia ex invisible: Everything we do... everything we are... everything we create... is coming from the invisible! Why do I start today's article with this phrase? Well... I was thinking that it's about time that we seriously took charge of our life. We are just perfect in complaining, moaning, sleeping awake... but we forget that life is something more essential... and we are a part of it! It... it?!?!?! NO! It's not just "it" we are talking about life! the energy that makes our heart beat, our brain think and our feet walk! But, we forget all those things and we just don't... create!
Seriously, when was the last time you created something? When did you decide that "today I am a part of the creation and I create!" When? Let's start!!! Today! NOW!!! The way to do it is simple: just turn your life upside down... shall we try?
